Irrespective of response to the above, PSIG reserve the right to share photos taken during the conference and allied events via its website and its social media channels. In such cases only PSIG board members and presenters will be identified.

By registering for the conference, or the Pipeline Simulation Short Course, you are agreeing to not share any issued materials for the conference or Pipeline Simulation Short Course with any third party. Registration is non-transferable. Registration fees given above are per individual attendee. Student registration is only available for self-funded students in full-time education at a recognized academic institution and must be supported by providing a valid Student ID number.

Recording of the Pipeline Simulation Short Course and Conference is strictly prohibited.

Please note: If you have registered as a student then you must present your student ID at the conference.

Early bird discounts have been applied to all conference registration fees. Registrations placed after March 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CDT will be $900 for the conference registration. Student and Short Course registrations will remain at the rate given above.

Cancellation Policy The following cancellation fees will be retained for cancellation requests:

$150 for a regular conference registration
$25 for a student conference registration
$700 for a regular Short Course registration
$250 for a student Short Course registration

Once the papers for the conference are issued (midnight CDT 14 April, 2024) the conference registration fees are non-refundable. View the full Cancellation and Refund Policy here.
