Cancellation and Refund Policy
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
All attendees, including paper authors, exhibitors and translators must register to attend the Conference. The fees cover the cost of attending all events as listed in the Conference agenda. Payment will only be accepted by credit card, debit card, or other approved online payment methods via psig.org. All fees are in $USD.
Wire transfers may be permitted when no online payment option is successful. Approved wire transfers are subject to an additional non-refundable processing fee of up to $50.
Paper authors and vendors are still required to register for the conference.

Early Bird Conference Fees (US Dollars):

After March 30, 2027 the following rates will be charged:

The following cancellation fees will be retained for cancellation requests:

After April 13, 2027 the conference registration fees are non-refundable.
All fees will be applicable after 11:59:59 CDT on the days listed.
Refunds will be issued back to the credit card, debit card or account originally used to register for the Annual Conference. Any fees incurred during the original transaction will not be refunded.
