Hotel Information
The 55th PSIG Conference will be held on May 6-9, 2025. As in previous years, the conference will be preceded by the Pipeline Simulation Short Course which will be held on May 5-6, 2025. The venue for 2025 will be the Lotte Hotel, Seattle, Washington, USA.
When booking your hotel accommodations, note that:
- Reserve your hotel accommodation early to avoid disappointment.
- A limited number of rooms at a discounted rate are available within the PSIG allotted block until April 4, 2025.
- Call the hotel directly if it appear that room dates are not avilable.
- PSIG discount applies to dates between May 4th-10th. Separate reservations may be required for dates before May 4th or after May 10th.
PSIG recommends that you make your hotel reservations online by using this Link to Hotel Reservation. This link is customized for the PSIG conference applying the negotiated rate. Please use the online code “0405PIPE.” Attendees may also make hotel reservations by calling the reservation line at 1-800-930-5813 or the hotel directly at 1-206-800-8110 and mention that you are attending the PSIG conference. When calling the hotel, select #3 (all other inquiries) on the first set of choices and #1 (speak to a front desk agent) on the second set of choices. Someone will answer your call 24/7 when following these directions.
