PSIG creates an agenda for the upcoming conference. We ask that all authors presenting review the agenda to ensure all of the details are correct. Please reply with any changes to PSIG by December 8, 2023.

First Draft and Author Bios Due

All authors need to provide a first draft of their paper submitted to PSIG for review by March 4, 2024. Also, please ensure that all authors included in the paper being presented submit biographies to PSIG.

Conference Starts

PSIG will open the 54th Annual Conference on May 7th at an Icebreaker. All sessions will begin the morning of May 8th in Charleston, South Carolina. The agenda for the conference will be finalized in early 2024.

All Papers Posted to OnePetro

All papers presented at the 55th Annual Conference will be added to OnePetro around May 30, 2025. Access to the papers will no longer be available on the PSIG app after this date.

First Call for Papers

All authors interested in presenting a paper for the 55th Annual Conference should submit their abstract by July 31st, 2024.

PSIG has extended offers to authors to present at their upcoming conference. All authors who wish to participate and present at the 55th Annual Conference need to respond by November 4, 2024. For any questions, please contact PSIG.

Scholarship Applications Due

PSIG presents a yearly scholarship during their Annual Conference. The scholarship of $10,000 is designed to provide financial assistance in research related to pipeline simulation. Conference Registration Opens

The 55th Annual Conference registration opens at 7am CT on January 7, 2025. Activities for the 55th Annual Conference will include the latest pipeline simulation technology, formal paper presentations, technical discussions, reception events, software demonstrations and access to providers of pipeline simulation product and services.
